I accept that all animals should treat right, some of them have a bad view and conception from human but I think they should have some opportunities; they deserve some respect because they are helpful in many ways, and they contributed on the cycle system. I think it’s not necessary for a chimpanzee to keep in a cage they can be in the jungle, living their life. But the life in the town compare to that one in the jungle is completely different, I think nit will have a lot of pollution, they used to their need on the ground. In my opinion if that law will apply for animals, they need to do a lot of modification in many states, let’s take for example New York there is so many people here imagine how many elephants will work in the street at least if they give them their own place that might be well.
Well, people might see them as a threat or something else in their eyes. However, they still deserve equality like the humans have. They are also living things that should have the same rights, having freedom and do their own things which we human beings do. It is cruel to lock them up in a cage, instead of letting them to live their way they want in the wildlife. Some might argue that it is use for wildlife conservation, preventing endangered species from going extinct. But, in fact, the percentage of endangered species in most zoos is probably a small 3-5%? So, why cage them when their lives could probably be better in nature?
